Repair and spare parts for installed Pelco cameras, quoted against your part number.
Spare and repair parts for installed cameras and housings. Pelco handle these as a part-number enquiry rather than a shelf catalogue: they quote availability per request, and state that not every part of a product is offered for sale.

Description
Surveillance equipment on an industrial site fails at its seals and its moving parts long
before the electronics wear out. A gasket that has taken five years of sun goes hard and lets
water past. A wiper blade perishes and smears rather than clears. An O-ring is disturbed
during a lens change and never seats properly again. None of these is a camera fault, but each
ends with a camera that is no longer usable.
It is worth being straight about how spares actually work, because it affects planning.
Pelco treat non-standard repair parts as an enquiry: you submit the part number and they come
back on availability, with a stated response time of 24 to 48 hours. They also say plainly
that because of product complexity not every part that makes up a product can be purchased,
and that they decide case by case. Pricing comes through a partner account or a
distributor.
What that means in practice is that spares are a planning item rather than something to
order the morning a camera fails. Access is usually what makes it urgent - cameras sit at the
top of masts, on jetty heads, over process areas and inside classified zones, where a visit
needs scaffolding, a permit, a boat or a shutdown. If the right part is not to hand when the
technician is up there, the trip is wasted and the camera stays out of service until the next
window.
We handle that enquiry for you against the equipment we have installed, and against
equipment installed by others where the model can be identified. Send us the model and,
ideally, a photograph of the housing and its label, and we will come back with what is
available, what has a lead time, and what is worth holding on the shelf.
Features
Quoted per part number. Availability confirmed for your specific
installed equipment rather than assumed.
24 to 48 hour response. Pelco's stated turnaround on an availability
enquiry.
Honest about limits. Pelco state that not every part of a product is
offered separately, and decide case by case.
Identified from your installed base. We work from the model and the
housing label, not a near-enough equivalent.
Recommended holding. We will suggest which items to stock, based on
what has a lead time and how hard the camera is to reach.
Handled through us. Pricing goes via a partner account or distributor,
which is the route we already have.
Applications
Spares matter most where getting to the camera is the expensive part.
Offshore platforms and FPSOs. Access by helicopter or boat, with
permit-controlled work.
Masts and high mountings. Where a visit means scaffolding or a
MEWP.
Jetties and loading areas. Positions reachable only around vessel
movements.
Classified areas. Where opening an enclosure is a controlled activity
and must be done once, correctly.
Coastal and wash-down sites. Where seals and fixings are consumed
faster than inland.
Planned shutdowns. When deferred replacements are done in one
window.
Support & Documents
PT Vivo Asia Teknologi Indonesia supplies surveillance equipment as part of a designed
and commissioned system rather than as a boxed item. Our scope typically covers:
Site survey, camera placement and field-of-view study against your actual site.
System design, including transmission, power, recording capacity and mounting.
Supply, installation, termination and commissioning.
Integration with your VMS, access control and PAGA or alarm systems.
Analytics configuration and tuning to bring false alarms down to a workable level.
Operator and maintainer training, with ongoing maintenance and support.
Optical, electrical and approval details vary by variant and are confirmed against the
current manufacturer datasheet at quotation stage. Tell us the area to be covered, the
detection distance you need and the site conditions, and we will come back with the right
